How Call Forwarding Busy Works:

This feature allows you to forward incoming calls to a fixed number of your choice. Calls will forward when you are on the telephone.

How To Forward Your Busy Calls:

1. Lift the handset and listen for dial tone.
2. Dial *54 and listen for two brief tones and hang up.

To Turn Off Your Call Forwarding Busy:

1. Lift the handset and listen for dial tone.
2. Dial *55, listen for two tones and hang up.
